God-Revealer-Of-Truth

Genesis 3:1-5 “Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

2 Corinthians 11:14-15 “And no wonder, even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. (15) Therefore it is not surprising his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will correspond to their actions.”

Matthew 24:23-26 “Then if any man tells you, ‘Behold, here is the Christ,’ or, ‘There,’ don’t believe it.  (24)  For there will arise false christ’s, and false prophets, and they will show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the chosen ones.  (25)  “Behold, I have told you beforehand.  (26)  If therefore they tell you, ‘Behold, he is in the wilderness,’ don’t go out; ‘Behold, he is in the inner rooms,’ don’t believe it.”

Isaiah 45:15-16 + 18-19 “I, even I, have spoken; yes, I have called him. I have brought him, and he shall make his way prosperous.  (16)  “Come near to me and hear this: “From the beginning I have not spoken in secret; from the time that it happened, I was there.” Now the Lord Yahweh has sent me, with his Spirit.” …“For Yahweh who created the heavens, the God who formed the earth and made it, who established it and didn’t create it a waste, who formed it to be inhabited says: “I am Yahweh; and there is no other.  (19)  I have not spoken in secret, in a place of the land of darkness. 1 Corinthians 2:7-12 “But we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the wisdom that has been hidden, which God foreordained before the worlds for our glory,  (8)  which none of the rulers of this world has known. For had they known it, they wouldn’t have crucified the Lord of glory.  (9)  But as it is written, “Things which an eye didn’t see, and an ear didn’t hear, which didn’t enter into the heart of man, these God has prepared for those who love him.”  (10)  But to us, God revealed them through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.  (11)  For who among men knows the things of a man, except the spirit of the man, which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God, except God’s Spirit.  (12)  But we received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God, that we might know the things that were freely given to us by God.”

  • We Must Learn To Love The Truth At All Cost:

2 Thessalonians 2:8-10 “Then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will kill with the breath of his mouth, and destroy by the manifestation of his coming;  (9)  even he whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,  (10)  and with all deception of wickedness for those who are being lost, because they didn’t receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.”

  • Including All The Intentions Of Men And Their Hearts:

Luke 12:2-3 “But there is nothing covered up, that will not be revealed, nor hidden, that will not be known.  (3)  Therefore whatever you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light. What you have spoken in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.”

Ecclesiastes 12:14 “For God will bring every work into judgment, with every hidden thing, whether it is good, or whether it is evil.”

John 4:23-24 “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such to worship Him.  (24)  God is a spirit, and they who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth.”

  • Jesus Is The Word Of God Made Flesh:

John 1:14 “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

  • Jesus Said He Is The Truth:

John 14:6 “Jesus Said to them, “I Am the way, the truth and the life, no one can come to the Father except through me.”

  • You Must Be A Disciple And Keeper Of His Words.

John 8:31-32 “Then Jesus said to the Jews who believed on Him, If you continue in My Word, you are My disciples indeed.  (32)  And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

  • The Holy Spirit Is Given To Us To Reveal The Truth Of God And Jesus.

John 16:13 “However, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth. For He shall not speak of Himself, but whatever He hears, He shall speak. And He will announce to you things to come.”

John 14:26  “But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in My name, He shall teach you all things and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I have said to you.”

1 Corinthians 2:12 “Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.”

John 14:15-17 “If you love me, keep my commandments.  (16)  I will pray to the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, that he may be with you forever:  (17)  the Spirit of truth, whom the world can’t receive; for it doesn’t see him, neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you.”

Acts 5:32 “We are His witnesses of these things; and so also is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.”

1 Peter 1:22-23 “Seeing you have purified your souls in your obedience to the truth through the Spirit in sincere brotherly affection, love one another from the heart fervently:  (23)  having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God, which lives and remains forever.”

1 Corinthians 2:6-16 “We speak wisdom, however, among those who are full grown; yet a wisdom not of this world, nor of the rulers of this world, who are coming to nothing.  (7)  But we speak God’s wisdom in a mystery, the wisdom that has been hidden, which God foreordained before the worlds for our glory,  (8)  which none of the rulers of this world has known. (12)  But we received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit which is from God, that we might know the things that were freely given to us by God.  (13)  Which things also we speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things.  (14)  Now the natural man doesn’t receive the things of God’s Spirit, for they are foolishness to him, and he can’t know them, because they are spiritually discerned.  (15)  But he who is spiritual discerns all things, and he himself is judged by no one.  (16)  “For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he should instruct him?” But we have Christ’s mind.”

  • Now We Can Search The Scripture And Understand The Truth Of It All. Gaining More Understanding As We Dig Deeper.

Isaiah 28:9-10 “Whom shall He teach knowledge? And whom shall He make to understand doctrine? Those weaned from the milk and drawn from the breasts.  (10)  For precept must be on precept, precept on precept; line on line, line on line; here a little, there a little;”

2 Timothy 3:16 “Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness,  (17)  that each person who belongs to God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

1 Timothy 4:13-16 “Until I come, pay attention to reading, to exhortation, and to teaching.  (14)  Don’t neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the elders.  (15)  Be diligent in these things. Give yourself wholly to them, that your progress may be revealed to all.  (16)  Pay attention to yourself, and to your teaching. Continue in these things, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.”

Titus 1:9 “Holding to the faithful word which is according to the teaching, that he may be able to exhort in the sound doctrine, and to convict those who contradict him.”

Luke 10:21  “In that same hour Jesus rejoiced in the Holy Spirit, and said, “I thank you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for so it was well-pleasing in your sight.”

Matthew 13:11-17 “He answered them, “To you it is given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, but it is not given to them.  (12)  For whoever has, to him will be given, and he will have abundance, but whoever doesn’t have, from him will be taken away even that which he has.  (13)  Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they don’t see, and hearing, they don’t hear, neither do they understand.  (14)  In them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says, ‘By hearing you will hear, and will in no way understand; Seeing you will see, and will in no way perceive:  (15)  for this people’s heart has grown callous, their ears are dull of hearing, they have closed their eyes; or else perhaps they might perceive with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their heart, and would turn again; and I would heal them.’  (16)  “But blessed are your eyes, for they see; and your ears, for they hear.  (17)  For most certainly I tell you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see the things which you see, and didn’t see them; and to hear the things which you hear, and didn’t hear them.”

Romans 11:8-10  “According as it is written, “God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear, to this very day.”  (9)  David says, “Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, a stumbling block, and a retribution to them.  (10)  Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see. Always keep their backs bent.”

  • Here We Clearly See How Obedience And Truth Are Related.

2 Thessalonians 2:8-12 “Then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will kill with the breath of his mouth, and destroy by the manifestation of his coming;  (9)  even he whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,  (10)  and with all deception of wickedness for those who are being lost, because they didn’t receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.  (11)  Because of this, God sends them a working of error, that they should believe a lie;  (12)  that they all might be judged who didn’t believe the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”

  • Without Love & Obedience, Then There Is No Hope To See and Hear The Truth.

Hosea 4:6-8 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you, that you may be no priest to me. Because you have forgotten your God’s law, I will also forget your children.  (7)  As they were multiplied, so they sinned against me. I will change their glory into shame.  (8)  They feed on the sin of my people, and set their heart on their iniquity..”

Deuteronomy 29:4 “But Yahweh has not given you a heart to know, eyes to see, and ears to hear, to this day.”

Luke 19:41-44 “When he came near, he saw the city and wept over it, If you, even you, had known today the things which belong to your peace! But now, they are hidden from your eyes.  (43)  For the days will come on you, when your enemies will throw up a barricade against you, surround you, hem you in on every side,  (44)  and will dash you and your children within you to the ground. They will not leave in you one stone on another, because you didn’t know the time of your visitation.”

1 John 2:11 “But he who hates his brother is in the darkness, and walks in the darkness, and doesn’t know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.”

Zephaniah 2:3 “Seek Yahweh, all you humble of the land, who have kept his ordinances. Seek righteousness. Seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of Yahweh’s anger.”

Isaiah 55:6-9 “Seek Yahweh while he may be found. Call on him while he is near.  (7)  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to Yahweh, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will freely pardon.  (8)  “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways,” says Yahweh.  (9)  “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

Ephesians 1:15-21  “For this cause I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which is among you, and the love which you have toward all the saints, Don’t cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers,  (17)  that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him;  (18)  having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,  (19)  and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might  (20)  which he worked in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,  (21)  far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come.”
