As we get so many email scammers, we must in due and appropriate caution look at each and every case. Not to avoid abiding within the law, but to show do diligence and legality of all claims. As not to be taken by the myriad of scam artists. And those who wish to infringe upon our rights of free speech and public discourse, as we teach the ways of Jesus.

Images Must Be Filed In The Copyright Office To Attach A Copyright Infringement Claim In Federal Court.
While we believe we are covered under “Fair Use Laws,” there are Copyright trolls that search the internet and use intimidating tactics, threats, and extortion to trick people to pay unknown entities large sums of money. Please don’t waste your time. No communication should be attempted without first proving identity of yourself and your client, any and all appropriate Copyright Information, and then in which State you are allowed to practice law.
We Will Challenge The Copyright Claim In The Following Ways To Prove Authenticity If Brought To Court:
- The Ownership of a copyright and if it is valid.
- Copying of original elements if any are present.
- See if there are substantial similarity between the infringing work and the copyrighted work.
- Challenge the chain of Title.
- Apply The Discovery Rule.

We will willfully try to ignore such activities at first. Yet, if they persist, we will have to report to the appropriate authorities. Including the Attorney General of our State for acts of fraud.
Concerning Honest Concerns & Inquiries
Even though we believe we are covered under Fair Use Laws and many others, we do not wish to make life difficult for those who may have a legitimate concern. We will, when asked in the appropriate manner, remove or replace the following: Hyperlinks, Photos, Links, References, or any other such content as a courtesy. We just ask that you provide the appropriate proof of sole ownership, not a non-exclusive license. This cannot refer to licensed material legally used by us. We will honor fair requests, not as admission of guilt or wrong doing, but it will happen in interest of public decency and peace. We do not wish to offend any person or law, nor be offended in such manner. To be honest, its just not worth the time, and we spend a lot of time making sure not to offend fair use laws to the best of our understanding.
