Today, we are going to do something a little different. We will do a little “Body Building For The Body Of Christ.” We will do this through conversation of what’s going on in our lives, and prayer for these concerns. We will come and present our prayers before our Heavenly Father for each other. This will be a short study, which can be used as an introduction for small groups to use and do the same thing. Let’s fulfill the call of Christ to Love Each Other and Bear Each Others Burdens.

1 Corinthians 12:26-27 “When one member suffers, all the members suffer with it. Or when one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. (27) Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually.”

- We Are Called To Love Each Other.
John 13:34-35 “I give you a new commandment – to love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. (35) Everyone will know by this that you are my disciples – if you have love for one another.”
2 John 1:5-6 “But now I ask you, lady (not as if I were writing a new commandment to you, but the one we have had from the beginning), that we love one another. (6) (Now this is love: that we walk according to his commandments.) This is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning; thus you should walk in it.”

Galatians 6:2 “Carry one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
John 15:12-13 “This is my commandment, that you love one another, even as I have loved you. (13) Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.”
Romans 12:9-18 “Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good. (10) In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate to one another; in honor preferring one another; (11) not lagging in diligence; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; (12) rejoicing in hope; enduring in troubles; continuing steadfastly in prayer; (13) contributing to the needs of the saints; given to hospitality. (14) Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse. (15) Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. (16) Be of the same mind one toward another. Don’t set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Don’t be wise in your own conceits. (17) Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. - We Must Be In Prayer For Each Other.
Matthew 18:19 “Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven.”
James 5:16 “Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.”
James 5:13-15 “Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. (14) Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, (15) and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.”

(4) There is one body, and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling; (5) one Lord, one faith, one baptism, (6) one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in us all.”
Ephesians 5:18-21 “Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, (19) speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; singing, and making melody in your heart to the Lord; (20) giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God, even the Father; (21) subjecting yourselves to one another in the fear of Christ.”
